3. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and up to date.

However, technical, commercial, supplier, manufacturing, market, and service-related information may change from time to time.

Content on this website should not be treated as a binding quotation, engineering approval, manufacturing guarantee, legal advice, or contractual commitment unless confirmed separately in writing.

4. Engineering and Technical Information

Technical information displayed on this website is provided for general informational purposes only.

Actual project recommendations may depend on:

  • Drawings
  • Material specifications
  • Tolerances
  • Component geometry
  • Production volume
  • Manufacturing process
  • Supplier capability
  • Inspection requirements
  • Applicable standards
  • Customer-specific specifications

No engineering recommendation should be considered final until project-specific technical information has been reviewed.

5. Quotations and Commercial Proposals

Any quotation, estimate, proposal, pricing indication, or commercial offer provided by QX Engineering Private Limited is subject to the terms stated in that specific document.

Unless otherwise stated, quotations may be subject to:

  • Scope confirmation
  • Technical feasibility
  • Supplier availability
  • Raw-material price changes
  • Taxes and duties
  • Logistics charges
  • Currency fluctuations
  • Third-party costs
  • Client-requested changes

Website content does not constitute a formal quotation.

6. Project Scope

The exact scope of services for any project will be defined through a written quotation, purchase order, service agreement, email confirmation, or other mutually accepted documentation.

Services may include, where agreed:

  • Supplier identification
  • Foundry qualification

  • Inspection criteria
  • Tolerances

QX Engineering Private Limited will not be responsible for delays, errors, or additional costs resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or late information supplied by the client.

8. Supplier and Foundry Performance

QX Engineering Private Limited may assist clients with supplier evaluation, monitoring, coordination, inspection, and technical governance.

However, unless expressly agreed under a separate contract, independent suppliers, foundries, logistics providers, laboratories, and subcontractors remain responsible for their own manufacturing, workmanship, delivery, compliance, and contractual obligations.

Our inspection or monitoring activities do not automatically transfer all supplier manufacturing liability to QX Engineering Private Limited.

9. Premium Turnkey Services

Where a separate agreement specifically states that QX Engineering Private Limited assumes broader production responsibility or turnkey project management, the rights, obligations, liability limits, inspection criteria, acceptance conditions, and commercial terms will be defined in that agreement.

The website description of any premium or turnkey service is not, by itself, a legally binding assumption of full manufacturing liability.

10. Inspections and Quality Verification

Inspection services are performed based on the agreed scope, available documentation, applicable standards, sampling plans, and access provided at the supplier facility.

An inspection does not necessarily guarantee that every individual component is defect-free.

Unless 100% inspection is specifically agreed, inspection results may be based on sampling, process review, documentation, and agreed quality criteria.

Final acceptance of goods remains subject to the contractual terms between the relevant parties.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all website content is owned by or licensed to QX Engineering Private Limited, including:

  • Text

We will use such information only as reasonably required for:

  • Technical evaluation
  • Supplier coordination
  • Quotation preparation

  • Quality control
  • Project execution

Separate NDAs or confidentiality agreements may apply where required.

13. Third-Party Trademarks

Any third-party company names, trademarks, or brand references appearing on the website are the property of their respective owners.

Where we refer to prior industry experience, customer exposure, project experience, or technical background involving third-party brands, such references should not automatically be interpreted as a current partnership, endorsement, agency relationship, or official affiliation unless expressly stated.

14. Client Portal

The website may provide access to a client portal or third-party platform for project reports, task tracking, documentation, or communication.

Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Where advance payment is required, work may begin only after receipt of the agreed advance.

Failure to make payments when due may result in suspension of services.

17. Taxes and Government Charges

Unless specifically stated otherwise, quoted prices may exclude applicable taxes, duties, customs charges, banking fees, government levies, shipping charges, and other third-party costs.

This may include loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, production downtime, reputational loss, or indirect commercial loss.

Any project-specific liability will be subject to the terms of the relevant written agreement.

20. No Absolute Guarantee

While we aim to improve technical control, supplier accountability, quality visibility, and production reliability, manufacturing inherently involves technical and commercial risks.

We do not provide an absolute guarantee of:

  • Zero defects
  • Zero delays
  • Uninterrupted supply
  • Supplier performance
  • Market availability
  • Customs clearance
  • Logistics performance

unless such guarantee is expressly provided in a written contract.
